At Full Circle Fitness your exercise program is created for you, based on your goals, body, and overall needs. Whether your focus is fat loss, building strength and endurance, or increasing mobility, your personal trainer will work with you to help you reach your goals using a variety of methods and techniques.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training (SGT) combines the best aspects of one-on-one personal training and large group fitness classes to provide an affordable, customized workout for clients of all abilities.

Small group sessions at Full Circle Fitness prioritize proper movement mechanics, safety, and fun. Because groups are limited to five clients per session, individual instruction is provided to help each participant progress or regress exercises as is appropriate.

To participate in Small Group Training, clients must schedule an hour-long session with a trainer to learn the basics of the equipment and common moves used in class, assess their movement skill and ability, and to determine appropriate modifications if necessary.

Small Group Training is not currently offered.
