Please contact the instructor BEFORE attending classes. Most MELT classes and Small Group Fitness classes have short waiting lists. We use MindBody as our class registration and client scheduling software. When you attend your first MELT class, we will create a log in for you with MindBody to manage your schedule and view sessions remaining on your class packages. Not all classes are available on MindBody. Please view Yoga page or the Resistance Stretching page for registration details.
