Please contact the instructor BEFORE attending classes. Most MELT classes and Small Group Fitness classes have short waiting lists. We use MindBodyOnline as our class registration and client scheduling software. You can create an account on MindBodyOnline to manage your schedule and view sessions remaining on your class packages. Not all classes are available on MindBody. Please view Yoga page or the Resistance Stretching page for registration details.

Once you are enrolled in class, please create a Mindbody account to manage your classes. Go to this page:
