Healthy, sustainable food and lifestyle habits are key components of fitness. Whether you want to lose a few pounds, alter your diet to help support your exercise program, revamp your eating habits for health reasons, or address other lifestyle issues that may be preventing you from meeting your fitness goals, Full Circle Fitness has you covered.

Precision Nutrition (PN) Certified Nutrition Coach Jay Snider focuses on helping you identify, and then make, the behavioral and lifestyle changes that will get you where you want to go. There are no cookie-cutter meal plans and no sales of products or promotion of any specific diets. Rather, Jay will guide you through the process of determining what changes you want to make,  what changes you probably should make, and how best to create new, healthy habits that will stick.

Nutrition and Health coaching is offered in combination with personal training packages or as stand-alone services, with regularly scheduled one-on-one sessions devoted to helping you define your goals and giving you the tools to identify and overcome the barriers to success.

The six month coaching program consists of 10 sessions:

  • (1) hour long intro/planning session
  • (3) weekly 45 minute sessions (these first four sessions to be scheduled in the first month)
  • (5) monthly 45 sessions
  • (1) hour-long “graduate” session to discuss long-term plans

For $486, the six month package also includes regular email check-ins, unlimited email and/or text support, and either a home-visit for a “kitchen consultation” or a grocery shopping “field trip” to discuss food labels and healthy shopping tips.

Individual Nutrition and Health Coaching sessions are $70/hour.
