Whether you are suffering from an acute injury, rehabbing from a surgical procedure or have had chronic pain for years, therapeutic massage can help. Massage can decrease your pain and increase your range of motion using a wide variety of techniques and styles to release both muscle tension and fascial restrictions.

Our practitioners all are trained in a wide variety of modalities to best meet your specific needs. We all pursue high quality continuing education to deepen our knowledge and skills on a regular basis. Depending on your preferences and issues, we will use the following techniques:

At Full Circle Fitness we have four Licensed Massage Therapists who have over 50 years of experience combined. We have years of experience and success relieving headaches, TMJ pain, neck pain, lower back pain, shoulder injuries, tendonitis, whiplash, nerve pain including Sciatica and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and Plantar Fasciitis among many other conditions.
