We are excited to offer yoga classes at Full Circle Fitness! Regardless of your age or fitness level, our Mindful Flow Yoga class is appropriate for you. We are lucky to have Mandy Baucum teaching at Full Circle. She brings years of experience and a therapeutic yoga background to her classes. She has the expertise to help you succeed with yoga. Mindful Flow Yoga: Wednesdays 8:45-9:45 am
Mindful Flow Yoga:
Thursdays 5:30-6:30 pm

Mandy manages her own registrations and fees. The price structure is as follows:

  • $15 Drop-in
  • $65/5 classes ($13/ class) Expires 2 months from first class
  • $120/10 classes ($12/class) Expires 4 months from first class
Mindful Flow Yoga
Are you looking for something to help you care for your body and quiet your mind? Do you want a class that blends gentle with challenging and is led by an experienced instructor who has your safety in mind? This is the perfect class for you! This class will begin with some gentle therapeutics  and stretches that will allow you to explore your body’s capabilities and deepen your awareness. Mandy’s detailed instruction will help you make good decisions about what’s appropriate for your body. The class will build, challenging your strength, balance and coordination, culminating in a short flowing sequence of some accessible yoga poses. By blending breath and movement you’ll regulate the nervous system, which leads to better brain chemistry, more balanced emotions, increased creativity, curiosity and a more open heart.
