We are excited to offer yoga classes at Full Circle Fitness! Regardless of your age or fitness level, there is a yoga class that is appropriate for you! All classes are ongoing, start anytime!

Each teacher will be responsible for their own registrations and fees. The price structure is as follows:

  • $14 Drop-in
  • $60/5 classes ($12/ class) Expires 2 months from first class
  • $100/10 classes ($10/class) Expires 4 months from first class

Yoga Basics Mondays 9-10 am with Mandy Baucum

Are you ready to get stronger?  Use breath awareness and yoga poses to increase mobility, increase strength and reduce pain. Mandy is an unusually knowledgeable yoga teacher and therapist who understands human movement and yoga. She’ll teach you many of the more accessible yoga poses and how to do them in a way that suits your body’s unique needs. This class is great for those who want to learn yoga but are concerned about injury/re-injury. Come have fun exploring and challenging your body. This class will incorporate therapeutic yoga movements, but will be primarily traditional yoga poses. Maximum 12 students. The Art of Healthy Sleep Mondays 5:30-6:30 pm with Barb Stevens-Newcomb

Practice nine new habits for getting better, deeper sleep. The class includes Barb’s version of Yoga Nidra which trains the body to recognize and remember how to deeply relax.
