Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance is designed to improve the strength, balance, and physical functioning of individuals.The program uses eight forms that have been derived from the traditional 24-form Yang-style Tai Chi.
Each class begins with 5-10 minutes of warm-up exercises, then moves on to 40-45 minutes of tai chi instruction and practice, and ends with 5 minutes of cool-down exercises.
This class is offered on Mondays at 9 am. Classes are taught by personal trainer, Jennifer Greenwell.
