Resistance flexibility stretching is unlike any stretching you have done before. The targeted 16 movement patterns and areas of tensional pull correspond with traditional Chinese Meridians to make this a wonderful full body experience.
You will experience relief in areas of tension in your body and leave class feeling stronger, taller and more limber. Class is open to all levels and no previous experience is required. Both individual and assisted stretches will be used.
