I began my practice of massage in 2008, opening Spiral Path Massage Therapy. Over the years my work has become a blend of outcome oriented clinical work mixed with relaxation and stress relief. I am constantly learning, from continuing education, webinars, reading, travel, and by receiving bodywork from therapists whose work I admire. I had the pleasure of spending a month in Thailand in 2013, where I honed and expanded my Thai massage skills in Chiang Mai. As a continuation of my wish to help others feel more at ease in their bodies, I became a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT200) with Yoga Alliance in 2011. Currently I teach at Balanced Hot Yoga at 1669 Willamette St. Stay tuned for yoga classes offered at Full Circle Fitness!
When not engaged in the practice of yoga or massage, you can likely find me in my garden or the kitchen, enjoying growing and preparing delicious, local food, or maybe playing with my four-legged kids or planning my next travel adventure.
Each massage session is customized to your needs, preferences, and our treatment plan. I draw primarily from the following modalities and techniques:
My session prices are based on time, so we can incorporate whatever type of bodywork you prefer, or whatever seems to be indicated to meet your treatment goals. Remember, bodywork is like exercise – consistent application on a regular schedule is more effective at meeting your goals than occasional appointments.
